6/5/2026-EPC sent email to GHD informing them of the required form for the letter of credit the responsible party needed to submit in addition to the outstanding closure cost estimate for the project for the duration of the permit for LTGM.

6/25/2026- phone from Brian Moore-discussed no financial assurance going to be needed for LTGM waiting on memo from legal to confirm this change in operating procedures. Letter will be sent to GHD once legal has created and approved this change. Permit on hold status until Andy Z and Sr. staff approve change.
